General Hospital spoilers confirm Bobbie Spencer is honored this week in a special tribute episode, according to the new GH weekly promo. Also, a familiar face returns and, a new adventure begins on the ABC soap opera.
General Hospital Spoilers: Bobbie Spencer Memorial Begins
This week on GH, Bobbie Spencer’s (Jacklyn Zeman) tribute begins as the citizens of Port Charles gather at the church for her memorial. Madame Mayor Laura Spencer Collins (Genie Francis) speaks about Bobbie. She says Bobbie was an experience…one she is going to miss.
They knew each other for decades and were sisters-in-law when Laura was married to Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary). So, of course, the ladies had many ups and downs over the years on General Hospital. But Bobbie was very special to Laura.
And she is a wreck over her passing. Of course, Bobbie’s daughter, Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright), is there. Along with her kids, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Josslyn Jacks (temporarily Courtney Fulk).
Also, Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) and her daughter, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), attend the services. Indeed, they share a special connection with Bobbie. Her late daughter B.J. Jones’ (Brighton Hertford) heart saved Maxie’s life when she was little.
Bobby has been such a huge part of General Hospital for so long, and she has touched so many people’s lives. It will be an emotional week as everyone says goodbye to her.
Lucas Jones Returns to GH
Also attending the funeral services on General Hospital this week is Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes). The character was recast with Matt Trudeau, but Ryan is returning for this meaningful episode.
No doubt, fans will be ecstatic to see OG Lucas at a time like this. He’s played Bobbie’s adoptive son for ten years and it’s only fitting that Ryan return for her passing. Maybe he will even stick around for a while.
Carly & Felicia Take Off on General Hospital
Additionally, this week, Carly gives a beautiful tribute to her mother. But then, she must finish the business Bobbie was in the middle of in Amsterdam. And she must deal with her family’s past.
No doubt, it involves Luke’s affairs. Indeed, Carly will have a lot to deal with and might get more than she bargains for. So, Felicia decides to join her and lend a hand. Meanwhile, Maxie joins a reporter and the people of PC to reminisce about Bobbie.
