Salaar Box Office Estimate Day 2: Prabhas’ Salaar is ROCK-STEADY with Rs 15.50 crores on Day 2; collects Rs. 31 crores in 2 days

Salaar is recording a good run at the box office in Hindi as the film has shown NO DROP in collections on its second day. After collecting Rs. 16.00 crores on the first day, the Prashanth Neel directorial has collected Rs. 15.50 crores on the second day as per early estimates. With this, the two-day total of the film stands at Rs. 31.50 crores and the film is headed to collect Rs. 50 crores in its opening weekend as per the present trend.

The Prabhas film is doing well in the mass belts and is expected to get into the festival period of Christmas with good numbers. If the film hits Rs. 15 crores on Monday, it will be on track to collect Rs. 100 crores at the box office in Hindi and emerge a successful venture.

Salaar is actually doing better than expected in Hindi as obituaries were written by the intellects post the launch of the first trailer. The film will get some sort of run at the box office in Hindi, as the initial response in the masses is on the positive side. There is a holiday period ahead and the film will benefit from it till January 1.

Salaar is the next for KGF director, Prashanth Neel and the film is also benefitting by the legacy of KGF and Bahubali 2 in the Hindi markets. It has also broken the curse of doing sub-par films for Prabhas in the post-Bahubali era and has finally got him back in an avatar that the audience loves to see him in.
