General Hospital predictions suspect Josslyn Jacks and Dex Heller may be on their way to a reconciliation soon on the ABC daytime drama.
Josslyn Jacks Breaks up with Dex Heller on General Hospital
Recently, on GH, Josslyn Jacks decided she couldn’t be with her boyfriend, Dex Heller, any longer. She found out he was ready to kill Cyrus Renault for Sonny Corinthos and that was the final straw.
She never thought he’d go that far and wondered if she ever really knew him at all. So, she did what was right for herself even though it hurt because she still loves him. No doubt, Dex was heartbroken on General Hospital.
However, Joss’ heartbreaking decision could be what pushed him to make a huge life change. Now Dex is doing the right thing, even if it puts a giant target on his back and could cost him his life.
Dex Turns His Life around on GH
Losing Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) might’ve been a wake-up call for Dex Heller (Evan Hofer). He realized he needed to pay for his choices. So, he made a full confession to PCPD Commissioner Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).
He told her Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) ordered him to murder Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) while he was recovering at General Hospital. Dex wanted to turn himself in because he felt it was right.
Of course, Dex didn’t have any evidence so Anna told him that it would just be his word against Sonny’s. No justice would be served so it was pointless and she ignored his confession.
She did have a good alternative though that could help him bring the mob boss to justice. She thinks he should become a cop and work for her at the PCPD.
Indeed, she believes his military background along with his time in the mob could be helpful in bringing Sonny down. So, now, he’s in the academy training to be a police officer, and it may help him get Josslyn back.
General Hospital Prediction: “Jex” Reunion Ahead?
Now that Dex is starting a new chapter in his life there may be hope for him and Josslyn. Of course, they’re still in love with each other, his ties to Sonny were just too upsetting for Joss.
However, she now sees that he doesn’t want that lifestyle. He’s doing something good for the community of Port Charles and giving his life purpose. Plus, it looks like Sonny’s about to lose his grip on PC.
And he could be going to prison for a long time on General Hospital. So, the mobster will likely no longer be a threat to Dex if he’s off the street. Of course, he may be able to pull strings from behind bars.
But the danger to Dex will be far less, especially because Sonny may have a hard time finding someone willing to kill a cop. So, things may be calming down for “Jex” and they might get another chance.
