Bold and the Beautiful had fans outraged when Taylor Hayes went missing from the screen, but before the month is over, the good doc is back in action on the CBS soap. It’s not so much Doctor Taylor Hayes that the fans are missing, it’s Krista Allen in that role that they love. But when Taylor returns, fans likely see something different about her.

When Krista Allen first showed up on the screen as Taylor she had some big shoes to fill. B&B viewers became very attached to Hunter Tylo in the role. So, it became hard for them to accept anyone else as this doctor.
Back when Bold and the Beautiful cast Krista in the role, they asked a lot of the viewers. When the new Taylor played out her first scene with her on-screen daughter, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), the floodgates opened.
Fans weren’t buying Krista in the role of Steffy’s mom. The two looked more like sisters than a mother-daughter pairing. For a short while, critics jumped at the chance to point out the differences between the old and the new Taylor Hayes. But then something happened on Bold and Beautiful.
B&B Spoilers: Taylor Hayes Came to Life
Taylor Hayes with Krista in the role didn’t quite fit the bill as a mother with kids the age of Steffy and her brother. The Bold and the Beautiful critics even suggested that the new Taylor, played by Krista, looked like someone Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) might date.
But that all soon changed. Krista’s spark and personality in the role of Taylor soon caught on. Even while still looking young, she pulled off the part. Many fans today can’t see anyone else play the part of this fan-favorite mom.

So, when day after day passed with no word about Taylor on the screen, Bold and Beautiful fans started to worry. Then, when Steffy crumbled with fear over the release of Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown), her mother never showed up for support. That really got the fans asking where she was.
But Bold and the Beautiful brought Taylor back in a whirlwind through the Forrester estate’s front door. Still, she stayed only long enough to advocate for her daughter to return to her home with her husband.
After a few hugs and words of encouragement, she disappeared again. But now B&B reveals the date that Taylor Hayes comes back on the screen. So, a sigh of relief swirls around the nation’s living rooms.
Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: The Return of the Good Doc
Taylor Hayes is back at the end of this month, according to the latest B&B spoilers. She shows up in three consecutive episodes starting on Wednesday, September 27. Then she’s also in episodes in early October. Since there’s nothing filmed beyond that yet, it’s likely she’s back on the screen on a regular basis, according to reports.
But will she come back unscathed after spending time with Steffy, whose life is in shambles? Probably not, as her daughter’s happiness means everything in the world to her. B&B fans may see her a bit differently than her usual presentation.
By the time she shows up on the screen this month, she already spent some time with her daughter in Europe. Seeing Steffy’s perfect little family separated likely wears on this mom.
So, Taylor Hayes may feel it falls on her shoulders to finally rid the family of Sheila. After all, she did take a shot at Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) when she thought he was ruining Steffy’s life.
B&B Spoilers: Would Taylor Stoop to Unethical?
Maybe the world-known psychiatrist has a few tricks up her sleeve when it comes to Sheila. Taylor is a mandated reporter if someone tells her something that suggests they are a harm to themselves or others. So, maybe she plans something along those lines to get Sheila off the streets of LA and back into jail where she belongs.
It wasn’t all that long ago that these two had a relationship, so maybe the Doc plays the game and reels the lunatic into some therapy. Whether Sheila divulges her murderous streak or not, Taylor’s notes can say that she did. But would this prestigious doctor do something this unethical to rid this woman for good out of her daughter’s life? It’s also Steffy’s safety that’s on the line as well. Just maybe she would.
But whatever Taylor has planned for her homecoming, chances are she’s fed up with her daughter in another country and too fearful to return home. So, it’s possible that the good doc shows up with Sheila on her mind when she returns to the CBS soap.
