Anupama actor Kunwar Amar says, “You need talent, but without luck it goes waste”

Starting his career as a dancing reality star, Kunwar Amar has also made a mark as an actor and is now working with one of the most popular shows, Anupama. The actor essays the role of Dimpy’s love interest Tapesh after the demise of her husband Samar Shah. Recently, while tracing his journey in the industry, Amar described the importance of luck and the right talent, and elaborated on a person needs both to succeed.

“It’s absolutely right, talent is something that you definitely need but without luck, the talent goes waste, especially in our field. There are so many actors, who are not that talented, but yet they are getting lots of jobs be it in films or TV,” Kunwar Amar said. He continued, “Honestly, I am still waiting for that kind of opportunity because when you work in a certain field, you expect a certain level to achievements. But, for me, I am still waiting to get that favour from luck. We also talk about manifestations.”

He also added that you need to manifest the things you want in life. “I believe that you have to manifest the life, the car, the house, the partner, you want. It’s like watching a dream and believing in it’s happening in life. I have of course received a lot of things like this. As a young boy, I always used to imagine that one day I will ride a superb bike and when it happened, I was like, ‘wow! It wasn’t so difficult!’,” he shared.

Meanwhile, he says that the right education and training makes a world of difference too. “It’s always good to have education but it’s true that only text book knowledge doesn’t take anywhere. It’s very important to have a lot of learning from life, experience, from your art and global knowledge. so I do believe that to have good command on language and to understand things, you need education but you need more life education,” he stated.

The Anupama actor went on to conclude, “If you have the right contacts and connection, things becomes easy and accessible to you. You know what’s happening before other people get to know. And you can be pushed to try for it first.”
