Young and the Restless Early Weekly Spoilers: Abby Newman in Shock
Next week, on Y&R, Abby Newman is caught off-guard by her boyfriend, Devon Hamilton. While snuggling on a bench, Devon stuns Abby when he asks her to marry him. She looks up, surprised like she can’t believe her ears.
No doubt, they’re solid and in a great place in their relationship. They are happy as can be, living together and raising their son. Indeed, Devon proposing marriage is wonderful. However, Abby may not want to rock the boat.
So, she might be hesitant to accept his proposal on Young and the Restless. After all, her last marriage to Chance Chancellor didn’t end so well. Of course, that’s because she couldn’t deny her feelings for Devon.
But still, she could very well be reluctant to get married again. She might just want to keep things the way they are. If so, the rejection might not sit well with Devon. So hopefully, she says yes and they tie the knot soon.
Y&R Weekly Spoilers: Victor Newman Makes Shocking Announcement
While Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) processes Devon Hamilton‘s (Bryton James) proposal, her family struggles. Next week, her father, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) drops a bomb on the family.
Soon, he is in his office with his wife, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), and his son, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). He tells them he’s in the process of acquiring a company that is almost as big as theirs. Adam is surprised that his father admits such a company exists on Young and the Restless.
Victor says it does and it belongs to Nikki. Most likely, he is talking about Jack Abbott’s (Peter Bergman) family company, Jabot Cosmetics. But Nikki is anything but happy about Victor’s grand gesture.
Young and the Restless Next Week Spoilers: Nikki Newman Worries
Indeed, Nikki is concerned about the decisions Victor is currently making on Y&R. No doubt, The Mustache thinks he’s doing something wonderful. However, Nikki is close to Jack. So, if Victor thinks she’s going to accept Jabot if he hands it to her on a silver platter, he likely has another thing coming.
She won’t want to do anything to hurt Jack on Young and the Restless. And that will likely infuriate Victor. Y&R is intense next week. Don’t miss it to see what Abby Newman’s response is when Devon pops the question on the CBS soap opera.
