Shruti Haasan, who has been receiving a lot of love for her recent release Salaar, decided to perform at the North East Fest in Delhi. While the actress continues to pursue her passion for acting, she has also explored the world of singing and seems to have developed a fondness for it. From launching her debut original track ‘Monster Machine’ to now taking the stage, the actress-singer has been focusing exploring her skills as a musician this year and it seems that she has swooned the audiences with her recent performance.
Earlier we had reported that Shruti Haasan is excited about enthralling the crowd at the North East Festival in Delhi and keeping up with her promise, she seems to have left the audience of of approximately 3,000 people, thoroughly entertained. Sources close to the actress revealed that Shruti performed for thirty minutes and belted out six tracks, which included her recently released original track ‘Monster Machine’. Apart from it, she also performed on other tracks which included, ‘Skin’, ‘Connection Junkie’, ‘Wash Me Away’, ‘As You Go’, and ‘Bury Me’. Furthermore, if these sources are to be believed, the actress-singer also interacted with the crowd and spoke about each song with the audience.

In an earlier interview with Hindu, Shruti Haasan had opened up about her love for music wherein she had said, “Music is something I’ve been listening to, and doing for many years. This is a form of expression I enjoy because I have control over the narrative, and now, I even have visual control over it.” She had further spoken about her ambition in the field adding, “I keep composing, I have space for everything in my life and this has helped me navigate different industries and languages. My ambition is towards myself and breaking my internal boundaries.”
