Deepika Padukone’s upcoming role in Rohit Shetty’s cop universe film, Singham Again, has generated excitement among fans. Recent leaks from the sets offered a glimpse of Deepika in her police uniform, and now, director Rohit Shetty himself has shared an official picture of hers.
The photo showcases Deepika sporting a cop uniform, channelling the signature Singham pose. Expecting her first child with husband Ranveer Singh in September 2024, Deepika rocks a neat bun and sunglasses to complete the powerful cop look.
Deepika portrays a new character named Shakti Shetty in Singham Again. The film reunites Ajay Devgn as the iconic Singham alongside a star-studded cast including Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tiger Shroff, and Ranveer Singh. This marks a first-time collaboration between Deepika and Ajay Devgn within the Singham franchise.

Singham Again expands Rohit Shetty’s cop universe, previously established with films like Singham and Simmba and Sooryavanshi. The film also features Arjun Kapoor as the antagonist.
Deepika’s pregnancy announcement in February 2024 came shortly after her appearance at the BAFTA Awards. She is also expected to share the screen with Prabhas in the upcoming sci-fi movie Kalki AD 2898.
