Bold and the Beautiful likely had Sheila Carter‘s get-out-of-jail-free card in the wings for a while now, and it looks like it starts to unfold next week on the CBS soap. The biggest clue as to how this plays out came from a visit she had a while back from a mysterious Jack Finnegan.

For Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) to spread her evil throughout the land she has to be out of prison. But if B&B plans on keeping her around for a while, then she has to get out legally, not escape.
So, it looks as if the woman with nine toes experiences a twist of fate. While hints to this storyline popped up many weeks ago, they could explain how she comes about her freedom when it looks impossible.
Bold and the Beautiful brought back Jack Finnegan (Ted King) for a short few scenes. But in those moments fans finally learned what he does for a living. Sheila referred to him as one of the top criminal defense attorneys in California.
So, chances are he defended some dangerous dregs of society. Not only that but he probably befriended some unscrupulous people from that element as well.
So, somehow it looks like Jack might have done what the manipulative prisoner asked of him that day. His last visit with Sheila Carter on Bold and the Beautiful had her pleading with him to get her out of jail.
B&B Spoilers: How and Why – Jack Finnegan?
If Jack comes through for Sheila, then he likely had no choice. It’s probably more the case that she has something on him, and she holds this over his head. But for whatever reason, it’s likely that Jack is the key to her freedom this week on Bold and the Beautiful.
Since he knows those people who come from the underbelly of society, he probably has quite a few tricks up his sleeve. Jack could call in a favor for the woman who gave birth to his son.
Many fans wonder if Jack is corrupt once they learned about his past dealings with Sheila. So, maybe if it’s Jack’s handiwork that gets Sheila released, then this will finally shed some light on his scruples.
Or he could be on the up and up as a lawyer and find a way to get the charges dismissed over a technical mess up like the cops using entrapment to catch her. Either way, it sure looks like Jack Finnegan becomes Sheila Carter’s savior when it comes to her freedom.
Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Sheila’s Attorney Stuns Courtroom
Jack can’t saunter into the courtroom and take his place as Sheila Carter’s defense attorney without experiencing a major fallout from his family members.
So, for this reason, he may only lend his expertise to another lawyer and secretly advise this person from the sidelines. But Bold and the Beautiful could use this opportunity for some courtroom drama.
Can’t you just see the lawyer pleading Sheila’s case start to falter? So, when it looks like Sheila is just about to lose the case, B&B brings out Jack Finnegan.
The spoilers promise a shocking end to Sheila Carter’s trial this week. So Jack offering a grandstand in court could be just what the spoilers tease.
This would also open a can of worms for Jack. Plus it would bring more drama to Bold and the Beautiful than just having Sheila running free.
B&B Spoilers: Sheila’s Release Opens Can of Worms for Many
If Sheila Carter becomes a free woman, this could really muddy the waters for Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan). Up until now his love for this inmate remained a secret.
So, with her behind bars, there wasn’t much of a chance anyone would find out. But if she walks out of that prison free as a bird, well Bold and the Beautiful puts him in jeopardy of losing everything.
His relationship with his daughter and her mother would likely circle the drain. Then a storyline probably surfaces for a frightened Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).
Sheila Carter’s daughter-in-law likely looks over her shoulder constantly if she walks free. So, just opening up the cell door and letting a killer walk free spins tons of drama for upcoming episodes of this CBS soap.
