Little People, Big World star Audrey Roloff says sometimes she and her husband, Jeremy Roloff, need help with their kids. So they have a nanny. During a recent Q&A session, she explained why they must have at least one child-free day per week.
Little People, Big World: Jeremy Roloff & Audrey Roloff Have Many Irons in the Fire
Jeremy and Audrey Roloff walked away from the TLC reality series in 2018. According to the busy pair, they have never looked back. They say that since leaving Little People, Big World, they are busier and happier than ever. They have many income streams and often need a day away from the children to focus on work.
The parents say they enjoy every minute with their children. However, it is difficult to accomplish their joint tasks with the kids running about underfoot. So, they decided to take one day a week and make it their primary workday. To do this, she says they have hired a nanny who helps with their three children, Ember Roloff, Bode Roloff, and Radley Roloff.
Audrey says they focus on their work projects on Mondays. The Little People, Big World couple answer calls and emails and conduct necessary work-related meetings. This information opened up a lot of questions for the former TLC reality star.
She says that joint work time is a must. This is due to their multiple income streams and the fact that they often work together, especially when writing new material for their books.
LPBW: Jeremy & Wife Split Time
Jeremy Roloff and his wife, Audrey, spend most of their time at home. She says her days are busy and full. She keeps up with the children while Jeremy renovates their farmhouse and has many daily tasks. But this year, she also announced that they decided to homeschool their children. So, on top of the Little People, Big World mom’s normal workload, she is adding to it the role of teacher.
When her Little People, Big World fans ask how she handles her daily chores, work, and family, she says they often split their time. There are days when she needs to focus on her job as a social media influencer or tend to her personal needs.
So, she says Jeremy is in charge of the kids on those days. Then, she takes charge on the days he needs to work on their farm renovations and projects. She says it is a system that works well for them, so neither gets too overwhelmed. It also gives them more one-on-one time with the children, which they love.
Little People, Big World: Audrey Announces New Project in the Works
Audrey says they only use their nanny one day a week. Yet, in the future, that may change. She states they have a new project in the works that will need more of their time. The mother of three says she and her LPBW spouse have big plans. Later this fall, she says they intend to return to their podcast series.
This is something that their fans have requested and something they look forward to. But, not all Little People, Big World fans agree with their lifestyle choices, especially when it comes to parenting. But Jeremy Roloff and Audrey Roloff say they learned to ignore the critics. They agree that it is what works best for them and their family, and that is all that matters to them.
