Jade says she is over everyone’s questions about her marriage to Chris Chipps. She feels she has to defend herself constantly. Her sister Jessica Belowski believes that she is unhappy in her marriage. The spouses fight continuously. She feels as if, even from prison, he wants to control her every move.
Jessica Belowski is not a fan of Chris Chipps. She would love nothing more than to see them split up. She believes her sister only married the Love During Lockup star because he has money. He ensures that $12,000 goes into Jade Chipps’s account monthly. This is not even counting the million dollars he spent on her house, car, and jewelry.
Jessica doesn’t like how Chris tries to manipulate and control her sister. He thinks his wife should be available to him around the clock. He calls her multiple times a day. Jessica has confronted her numerous times about her husband’s control issues. She has even told her sister that she thinks Jade would have dumped him long ago if he didn’t have money.
Jade of Love During Lockup is not only dealing with her husband and her family’s questions, but his family also believes she is with him because of his money. With all the doubts thrown at her, Jade also gets into her head. This causes her to question herself. She wonders if she made an enormous mistake marrying Chris.
Chris’s Trust Issues Take Over
The Love During Lockup inmate explains to his wife that he has a lot of trust issues. Chris also wants to feel included in his wife’s life. It upsets him that his wife is enjoying her daily life without him. The minute he can’t contact her, his mind automatically believes the worst.
In the upcoming episode of Love During Lockup, the pair engage in a heated argument. She finds out that he has not been completely honest with her about many things. Mainly how his family feels about her. They don’t like that she shares so much of her life on social media.

Jade and Chris’ interactions with each other grow nastier with each call. Later she is seen on the phone and admits she lied. At this point, viewers are unsure if the conversation is with her spouse or if she finally comes clean to her family and friends about her marriage.
