The Little People, Big World reality star reveals she doesn’t deal with anxiety. However, she does deal with stress and feeling overwhelmed. She believes that people can “live without anxiety.” She feels that more people need to think that.
Audrey knows that mental health problems are a “massive issue” in today’s culture. So, she doesn’t want to “oversimplify it.” But, she feels that people make it more complicated than it has to be.
Audrey’s Suggestion to Cure Anxiety
Audrey believes that people should “find out the root cause” of what causes them anxiety. She feels that people are just “treating” their symptoms. And not doing anything to change the issue.
Instead of treating the symptoms, the Little People, Big World former cast member thinks people should make lifestyle changes. She says to “stop things and start things.” She also thinks people should pursue relationships that bring them “peace, truly love you, and support you.” And she says to avoid relationships that add to your anxiety.
However, Audrey also suggests people who deal with anxiety to ask God, “What do you want me to know about my anxiety.” She says to “quiet your mind enough to listen.”

Fans against Little People, Big World Celeb’s Advice
Audrey Roloff’s advice on how to deal with anxiety didn’t sit well with fans. One person didn’t like that she suggested “not to seek treatment.” Another person explains anxiety as a “chemical imbalance in the brain.” So, they feel that if you’ve never experienced it, “you cannot understand what it is like.” A person also believes that it is something that can’t ever be “fully healed,” no matter how many lifestyle changes they make.
The Little People, Big World celeb clarifies her views on mental health issues. She explains that she doesn’t encourage people not to seek treatment. She encourages it. However, she believes people should “figure out the cause and explore solutions.” She is not “anti-medication.” She just doesn’t like “masking symptoms.”
Audrey has been open about trying to live an all-natural lifestyle. She opts to bring non-toxic products into her home. She also avoids using medication if there is a more organic option.
However, the TLC celeb also doesn’t think that childhood trauma leads to anxiety. She believes that people can heal from childhood trauma. She doesn’t agree with the idea that we “can’t be healed.”
