Shekinah Garner’s family disagrees with her relationship with Sarper Guven. They feel that she is letting him control her life. However, she is sticking by his side despite what her family thinks, even if it means no longer talking to her family. She already doesn’t speak to her sister because she doesn’t like how he treats her.
The 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way cast member doesn’t seem to mind him controlling aspects of her life. He already tells Shekinah how much she should weigh. He even tells her how she should dress and do her makeup. And now he is making a permanent change to her face.

Shekinah tells her friends that she is moving to Turkey and getting a nose job while she is there. She explains that it has been bothering her for a long time. Yet, she isn’t the one who is picking what her new nose is going to look like. She reveals that Sarper is the one who is designing it.

The 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way castmate finds it funny. However, her friends aren’t laughing. Her friend asks her what that conversation sounded like between them. She tells them that he said, “Leave it to me. I’ll tell the doctor what to do.” She adds that he feels he knows what her nose should look like. And she is okay with that. She trusts him.
But Shekinah notices that her friend looks stressed. Her friend tells her that it is stressful. She knows that the TLC celeb is thousands of miles away, living with a “stripper who slept with 2,500 people,” she can’t sit there and act like it is “no big deal he is going to control the center” of her face. So, she can’t pretend that it is not a big deal.

Shekinah Garner’s friends feel she goes along with what Sarper Guven says because she feels he is the one she wants to spend the rest of her life with. They also think that it makes it easier. Her friend believes that she thinks if she marries him it will resolve all their issues. However, they know that the problems are still going to be there, and a piece of paper isn’t going to change anything.
However, the 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way celeb’s friends think it is insane that she will let a man pick her nose. Her friend says that it is “terrifying.”
Sarper feels he should design Shekinah’s new nose since he will always be looking at it. But will her friends’ concerns make her second guess letting him pick her new nose?
