Next week, on Y&R, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) prepares to celebrate 40 years of marriage with her husband, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). They’re throwing an epic anniversary bash. And Victor is hoping to distract Nikki from psycho Jordan Howard’s (Colleen Zenk) reign of terror.
However, the gala will set the stage for the final showdown between the Newman’s and Jordan. Furthermore, the Abbotts will get involved and the two iconic families will band together to stop Jordan once and for all. But Nikki certainly has a fight on her hands.
Recently, on Young and the Restless, she fell off the wagon again because she knows Jordan is out there lurking, and will strike again. So, Nikki is struggling to stay sober and even once the threat from Jordan is gone, she may still give in to temptation.
Meanwhile, on Young and the Restless next week, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) has a confrontation with her ex, Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei). He’s suing her for the rights to his video game, Princess Louisa.
She snaps that the game served its purpose because his daughter, Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant), forgave him. Plus, he’s got Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) back in his bed. So, she claims it’s just another video game now — and she owns it.
No doubt, Daniel looks stunned on Young and the Restless. He likely cannot believe the way Lily’s acting. However, she has every right to be hurt and angry. Daniel broke her heart by cheating on her and getting back together with his ex.
But unfortunately, things may go downhill for Lily soon. She fired Daniel and Heather from Chancellor-Winters without cause. So, they’re fighting back and things are going to get ugly.
Elsewhere, on Y&R, Ashley Abbott‘s (Eileen Davidson) family stages an intervention for her. Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) shows up at the Abbott mansion with his wife, Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters).
They greet his sister, Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland), and wonder where Ashley is. After all, she is the topic of discussion and the reason they are there. Tracy is frantic and tells Jack she is scared to death for their sister.
So she may break Ashley’s confidence and tell Jack how she has been having memory lapses and losing time. Indeed, it looks like Ashley’s DID storyline is heating up on Young and the Restless.
