Y&R comings and goings see Chelsea Lawson out soon with Melissa Claire Egan on maternity leave. Recently, Melissa welcomed a new baby boy, so we’ll be seeing her less for a while.
Coming up soon, Chelsea learns something shocking and that might be what sends her off-screen for a short while. And there is a good chance it concerns her boyfriend, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).
Currently, on Young and the Restless, Billy is in a tough spot in his family. He’s trying to bring Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) down to protect Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson). But to do that, he needs to convince Ashley he’s on her side.
So, he’s pretending to be against their brother, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman). However, things are getting messy. Billy’s dangerously close to reverting to his old, not-so-good behavior.
And he could lose Chelsea if he falls back into old patterns. So that may send her out of town for a little while. Hopefully, they can keep their new relationship intact on Young and the Restless.
Young and the Restless fans are seeing less of Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) these days. The Kyle actor recently got married and is taking time off for his honeymoon in Italy with his new bride. But, soon, Kyle will be back and up to his neck in drama.
Apparently, he’s given up on his marriage to Summer Newman (Allison Lanier). And he’s all-in with new fling Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver). However, Audra is in deep trouble now that her grimy past is coming back to bite her.
And when it comes out that she covered up several counts of statutory rape for Tucker, Kyle may see her differently. But, if he goes running back to Summer, she may very well slam the door in his face.
Additionally, Daniel Romalotti‘s (Michael Graziadei) daughter, Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant), is back. So is her mother, Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom).
But, once she’s done representing Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), she will likely leave again. And Lucy will most likely go with her. There’s a lot going on right now on Y&R. Watch daily to see what causes Chelsea Lawson’s exit and all the other drama on the CBS soap.
