Young and the Restless spoilers confirm Ashley Abbott‘s trauma from Alan Laurent‘s evil twin brother Martin Laurent is revealed and Ashley could still be facing danger on the CBS daytime drama.

Ashley Abbott’s Shocking Discovery on Young and the Restless

Recently, on Y&R, Ashley Abbott got some much-needed answers about why she created her altars. It turns out that Alan Laurent was right and Ashley was with his awful twin, Martin Laurent, after her fight with Tucker McCall.

Martin convinced her that Tucker was violent with her at the bistro when in reality it was Martin’s violence that traumatized Ashley. She somehow blended Tucker and Martin together in her mind.

She still can’t remember everything that happened with Martin on Young and the Restless. Once she realized she was face-to-face with him, she tried to run but he knocked her out.

Martin Attacks Ashley on Y&R

After Martin Laurent (Christopher Cousins) attacked Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson), his good twin, Alan Laurent (also Christopher Cousins), woke up. At the same time, Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) showed up.

Between the two of them, they were able to keep Martin away from Ashley. Then, the twins got into a scuffle and went over the balcony. Martin broke Alan’s fall and likely saved his life. But, Martin is believed to be dead on Young and the Restless.

Ashley still needs answers because she doesn’t recall everything she went through with Martin. And she also doesn’t know the real reason her mind created the alters. Alan thinks she needs in-patient care at a facility in order to get to the root of her DID.

He believes that it might be from childhood trauma. At first, Ashley was against it but finally agreed that she needs to do the work to get better. So, she is going to admit herself into the psychiatric facility. However, the danger from Martin may be far from over.

Young and the Restless Prediction: Danger Still Lurking?

Everyone knows that dead is never dead on a soap opera. So, Martin could very well still be alive. Ashley’s DID story is still going on and there’s still a lot to uncover. So, there’s a good chance that Martin could be lurking somewhere and still posing a threat.

Indeed, everyone could be in danger. Ashley, Alan, Tucker, and even Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland). They’re all in Martin’s orbit and if he’s alive he’s likely still after Ashley because he’s clearly obsessed with her. Also, Tucker is still worried about Ashley.
