Vijay Varma’s hilarious take on Murder Mubarak official announcement sets the internet abuzz; says, “I’m Netflix’s nepo baby”

Bollywood actor Vijay Varma known for his roles in Lust Stories 2, Dahaad, Darlings, recently showcased his quick wit and tongue-in-cheek humour on Instagram, leaving fans in splits. The humorous exchange occurred in response to the official announcement of his upcoming series, Murder Mubarak, scheduled to premiere on Netflix on the March 15.

In a playful banter with a Netflix team member using the username Kashondelivery, Vijay received a message that humorously read, “Vijay Verma in and as Netflix.” The actor didn’t miss crafting a cheeky reply. He quipped, “I’m Netflix’s nepo baby,” adding a touch of humour to the much-anticipated announcement.

The Instagram post showcasing Vijay’s quick and quirky response became a hit, garnering appreciation from followers and fans who couldn’t help but laud his comic timing and playful spirit.

The actor, known for seamlessly transitioning from negative roles like in Dahaad to positive ones as seen in Kaalkoot, promises a year filled with a myriad of interesting projects. Vijay Varma will also be seen in Ul Jalool Ishq.

Bringing a fresh twist to the mystery genre with a blend of suspense, comedy, and romance, Murder Mubarak debuts onscreen on March 15. Directed by the illustrious Homi Adajania and produced by Maddock Films, the film presents a remarkable book-to-screen adaptation of Anuja Chauhan’s ‘Club You To Death.’ As secrets and lies come to the surface, the story turns the spotlight on an array of suspects, portrayed by an exceptional cast. This includes talents such as Sara Ali Khan, Vijay Varma, Dimple Kapadia, Karisma Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor, Tisca Chopra and Suhail Nayyar, all of whom skilfully mask their characters’ ulterior motives. Leading the charge is Pankaj Tripathi, playing a non-traditional cop.
