They acted in Aathi, Thirupachi, and Kuruvi later on, reuniting after years for Lokesh Kanagaraj’s 2023 film Leo.
Thalapathy Vijay’s film The Greatest Of All Time (GOAT), directed by Venkat Prabhu, is expected to be his final project before entering full-time politics.

Filming for this film has moved quickly, with locales ranging from Chennai to Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Hyderabad, with the present schedule centred on Kerala. Shooting began in Kerala on March 18 at the Greenfield International Stadium in Thiruvananthapuram, marking Vijay’s comeback to the state 14 years after his previous film, Kaavalan, in 2011. Fans showed their enthusiasm by building billboards at the stadium to greet the famed actor.
There’s another reason Thalapathy Vijay fans are so excited to see GOAT. According to speculations, actress Trisha Krishnan may make a cameo appearance in this film. Viewers have praised Trisha and Vijay’s perfect on-screen chemistry, hence news of the former’s appearance has sparked their interest in the film. It is said that she has already finished filming her sequences, including a song. The combination of Vijay’s on-screen charm, Venkat Prabhu’s directing prowess, and an ensemble cast promises a thrilling cinematic experience that audiences anxiously await.
