Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya is turning out to be a success and there is good consolidation happening in the second week. If the first week had found itself on a good ground after growing well over the weekend and then staying consistent during the weekdays with good spike on Valentine’s Day, then the second weekend has shown good trending as well with a stable Friday, fiery Saturday and now a stable Sunday.
This was evidenced in good collections of Rs. 6 crores more that came in. This means the collections have almost doubled over Rs. 3 crores which had been netted on Friday, and that’s really good. It also means that from this point the weekdays would be good all over again and since the film has come on its own already, around Rs. 8 crores more can be expected to be added on to its overall score so far.
The Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon starrer has already netted Rs. 55.97 crores and should now reach Rs. 70 crores pretty soon. In fact, a lifetime in excess of Rs. 75 crores is a given now and considering the fact that this one is a sci-fi romcom which has been a rather unexplored subject in Bollywood, it would be a good enough total overall.
