In a video posted to her Instagram story, Sonam confidently strikes poses in black workout gear, showcasing her toned midriff and curves. The caption reads, “What a wow… 20 kgs down… 6 more to go.” This candid update resonates with her recent post where she opened up about her postpartum experience, emphasizing a 16-month journey of gradual progress through “consistent self-care and baby care.”
This is not the first time Sonam has openly shared her personal experiences. Earlier, she posted stunning pictures in a lehenga, admitting it took time to feel comfortable in her own skin again. Her message, “Embracing the wonders of being a woman,” struck a chord with many, stating the importance of self-love and acceptance through motherhood.
