Sister Wives: Meri Brown Will Never Forget Humiliated Scene

Meri Brown has been the object of ridicule for her die-hard attempts to reel Kody Brown back in. In real-time, she through with him. But it’s not until this new episode that fans learn when she decided that she had enough. Or what finally drove her to this decision.

Meri Brown and Kody Brown went to dinner on their 32nd anniversary. Her shared husband for some reason decided to use this special event to lower the boom. But she was blindsided.

Meri thought this anniversary date might stir up the dying embers of their relationship. She gets into the painful details of this in the next Sister Wives episodes.

It seems Kody had an anniversary present for his first wife, one that she will never forget. He told her over dinner that he had absolutely no desire to have a relationship with her.

After years of Meri hanging in there, hoping against hope that they would reboot their marriage, this guy tells her this. Not to mention the date and place he picked to push her away for good.

This is seen as a nasty move on Kody’s part by Sister Wives fans. But since they’ve seen him say awful things to his three original wives on the show, it likely won’t surprise many viewers.

Robyn Brown Plays a Part in Meri’s Willingness

Sister Wives fans can’t figure out what Robyn Brown’s game is. She has prompted Meri Brown around every corner to hang in there because she says that Kody will come around.

So far this season, Robyn cries at the thought of her favorite co-wife moving away. She led fans to believe that the two were still close and that they spent a lot of time together.

But Kody debunked his youngest wife’s ploy, and it’s likely that he didn’t even realize this at the time. He said they hardly see Meri anymore. So, when she said she was moving her business to her B&B, he didn’t care.

But Robyn was in Meri’s ear just before this. She told her co-wife that the Sister Wives patriarch always includes Meri when he talks about building houses on Coyote Pass.

From where the fans sit on Sunday nights, they can easily pick up on Kody’s lack of interest in Meri Brown. It looks as if she would have figured it out sooner, but then there was Robyn Brown. Each time Meri told Robyn that Kody was not interested in her anymore, the youngest wife would deny this.

So, Sister Wives fans think Robyn did nothing more than set her co-wife up for failure with their once shared husband. When you watch the clip above of Meri Brown’s journey with the man she married more than three decades ago, you get the feeling she’s always loved him and still does.
