Zindaginama, a six-episode anthology streaming on SonyLIV, delves into the complexities of mental health, tackling stigmas through powerful storytelling and exceptional performances. We often hear things like, ‘Yeh humein kaise ho sakta hai?’, ‘She’s possessed,’ or ‘It’s black magic’. These narratives are damaging and can make the person struggling feel invalidated. Acceptance is the first step. Today, there’s too much information online but still very little real understanding.”
