Shatrughan Sinha says he is ‘away from the controversy and confusion’; shares photos of him enjoying the T20 World Cup

Ever since the reports of Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal tying the knot started doing the rounds, there have been quite a bit of buzz about the Sinha family. Followed by that, a few days ago, Shatrughan Sinha was seen visiting the hospital which fueled up rumours about his deteriorating health. However, his son Luv Sinha came forth to drop health updates. Now reassuring his concerned fans, Shatrughan Sinha too dropped another post on social media wherein he was seen enjoying the World Cup Finals on Sunday.

Shatrughan Sinha takes a jibe at the ongoing rumours

On Monday, Shatrughan Sinha took to the social media platform X, aka Twitter to share a few photos from the World Cup match he was enjoying on Sunday. While it seems that the actor is still in hospital undergoing treatment for his high fever, it seems that he is now progressing well in the stage of recovery. Along with the photos, he dropped a note saying, “Away from the ‘controversy & confusion’ created by some of our good friends from the social media/Youtubers. The fact is enjoying with best of our family members, brothers & dear friends.”

Shatrughan Sinha appreciates Team India

Talking further about the photos, actor-turned-politician was snapped in the company of his wife Poonam Sinha and a few others who kept him company during the finale. Appreciating and applauding some of the key players in the match including Virat Kohli, the team captain Rohit Sharma, among other strong performers like Jasprit Bumrah, Surya Kumar Yadav, and Hardik Pandya, Sinha continued on the note, “Enjoying the most talked about International Cricket match between #SouthAfrica & #India. Also great to watch the ‘hero’ of not only our dear #AnushkaSharma but also the hero of the nation #ViratKohli. It was a treat watching great performances of #JaspritBumrah #HardikPandya  #SuryaKumarYadav & of course everyone’s favorite the one, & perhaps the only one #RohitSharma.”

He concluded by adding, “Kudos & Cheers to our boys in blue for this magnificent win. Both stalwarts #ViratKohli & #RohitSharma taking a bold & beautiful decision at the right time of retiring from T20s on a High note & paving the way for the next generation is truly a fantastic encouragement  indeed!  It was a most thrilling, exciting & entertaining match &   we must give full credit to Team South Africa also for their most committed performance.
