After having kept the nation in great anticipation for the release, Shah Rukh Khan’s most anticipated Jawan has finally arrived on the big screens today. Turning the theaters into stadiums, the Jawan madness was well witnessed outside theaters. Ahead of the release, Red Chillies Entertainment hosted a special screening for the cast and crew of the movie at YRF Studios in Mumbai.
In attendance at the screening was Shah Rukh Khan along with his kids Suhana Khan and AbRam Khan, wife Gauri Khan, who is also the producer of the movie. Director Atlee, Deepika Padukone, who has an extended appearance, Sanya Malhotra, Mukesh Chhabra, Girija Oak Godbole, Aaliyah Qureishi, Ashlesha Thakur, Sanjeeta Bhattacharya, and Lehar Khan among others were also present. And the most exciting part of the film is the reunion of SRK and Deepika on the big screen, even if it is only Deepika’s extended special appearance. From iconic films like Om Shanti Om to Chennai Express, Pathaan, and now Jawan, these two actors have gracefully entertained the audiences with their work. This is undoubtedly one of the most delightful treats that SRK and Deepika Padukone’s fans could ever hoped for—a bonus indeed!
Jawan is a Red Chillies Entertainment presentation directed by Atlee, produced by Gauri Khan, and co-produced by Gaurav Verma. The film was released today on September 7, 2023, in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu languages.
