Earlier this month, filmmaker-actress Divya Khossla announced yet another film, directed by Abhinay Deo titled Savi. Followed by the trailer and posters, the makers surprised audiences by unveiling a touching behind-the-scenes aka BTS video showcasing the legendary singer KK recording the song, ‘Vaada Humse Karo’. The late singer recorded this track for Savi and the makers unveiled the same on May 25.
The song ‘Vaada Humse Karo’ promises to tug at the heartstrings of fans, evoking tears and emotions alike. The live recording video serves as a testament to KK’s unmatched talent and enduring impact on the music industry. From paparazzi accounts to fanclubs, many of them posted the video on social media. In fact, in one of the videos, KK is also seen having a brief interaction with the camera where he is talking about recording to the melodious number.

Speaking further on the song, it features Piyush Shankar, who has also composed the music for this one. Rashmi Virag is the lyricist and the song is said to play a pivotal role in the film as well.
Coming to Savi, the movie features Anil Kapoor, Divya Khossla and Harshvardhan Rane in lead roles and it promises to be a roller coaster ride of thrill and suspense. The film showcases the challenges of simple housewife who is forced to mastermind a dangerous jail break in order to save her husband. An Abhinay Deo film, it is produced by Mukesh Bhatt, Bhushan Kumar, and Krishan Kumar, under the banners of Vishesh Films and T-Series. Shiv Chanana and Sakshi Bhatt have joined in as co-producers and it is slated to release on May 31, 2024.
