Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani Box Office: Continues its uninterrupted run, set to surpass Gully Boy and emerge as Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt’s biggest

It’s one long uninterrupted run for Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani as Wednesday too saw good numbers coming in the form of Rs. 3.90 crores. It’s remarkable how the film’s drop is still less than 50% when compared to Rs. 6.75 crores that were collected on the second Friday when the trend is for that to happen at least by Tuesday, if not Monday itself. That reflects the kind of acceptance that the film has managed in its target territories, and this is where it’s continuing to get its moolah from.

The film has now also reached Rs. 117.58 crores and today it will comfortably surpass the Rs. 120 crores mark and then add some more. While one waits to see where it eventually heads towards, quite a few personal records would be broken for both Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt. Particularly for Alia, the film has now also surpassed the lifetime score of Badrinath Ki Dulhania (Rs. 116.68 crores) and tomorrow it will cross Raazi lifetime (Rs. 123.84 crores). Once that happens, the film would be amongst Alia’s Top-5 grossers ever and next only to RRR (Hindi) (Rs. 274.31 crores), Brahmastra (Rs. 257.44 crores), Gully Boy (Rs. 140.25 crores) and Gangubai Kathiawadi (Rs. 129.10 crores).

In fact, Gangubai Kathiawadi too would be history by the close of weekend and Gully Boy would be surpassed before the close of third week, hence resulting in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani being Ranveer and Alia’s biggest ever as a pair.
