The anticipated sequel, Raid 2, directed by Rajkumar Gupta, went on floors in Mumbai today, marking the commencement of a new project. Adding to the significance of the mahurat was the presence of south actor Ravi Teja, who gave the inaugural clap for the film starring Ajay Devgn.
The mahurat shot event witnessed the participation of key personalities, including Ajay Devgn and Ravi Teja, along with producers Bhushan Kumar, Kumar Mangat Pathak, and Abhishek Pathak. Co-producers Shiv Chanana, Sanjeev Joshi, and Aditya Chowksey, along with the director of Mr. Bachchan Hari Shankar, also graced the occasion.
Raid 2 is set to be extensively filmed across multiple locations, spanning Mumbai, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, and Rajasthan, promising a captivating narrative that traverses diverse landscapes.
Produced by Bhushan Kumar, Kumar Mangat Pathak, Abhishek Pathak, and Krishan Kumar, Raid 2 is presented by Gulshan Kumar and T-Series. The film is a Panorama Studios production, with its theatrical release scheduled for November 15, 2024. As the project unfolds, fans eagerly await the sequel, anticipating the continuation of the gripping narrative that made the original Raid.
