Rasha Thadani opens up about carrying Raveena Tandon’s legacy: “I hope I can even achieve half of what they’ve accomplished”

Raveena Tandon’s daughter, Rasha Thadani, is poised to make her mark on the silver screen. The upcoming actress is set to star alongside Aaman Devgan, Ajay Devgn’s nephew, in a film directed by Abhishek Kapoor.

In a recent interview with Cosmopolitan India, Rasha Thadani discussed her entry into the film industry and her family’s rich cinematic legacy. “When you talk about legacy,” she shared, “I look at my grandfather and my mom, and all the work they’ve done.”

She further added, “I hope I can even achieve half of what they’ve accomplished. I am incredibly proud of them, and I want to make them proud too. I want to carry our legacy and name forward.”

Raveena Tandon, a highly regarded actress in her own right, is known for her captivating performances in numerous Bollywood films. Fans are eagerly awaiting Rasha Thadani’s debut, hoping to see her inherit her mother’s talent and grace on screen.

Speaking of her upcoming film in the same interview, Rash asserted, “Gattu sir [Abhishek Kapoor] is not someone to just take ‘somebody’ in his film. I auditioned for the role; I was a complete disaster and I am not embarrassed of saying it. But he must have seen something in me that he thought of giving me the chance; and I am lucky and grateful I got the opportunity to work with him in my first film. He is one of the greatest directors I’ll ever work with—I look up to him.”

Reports also suggest that Rasha Thadani might be seen sharing screen space with Telugu superstar Ram Charan after her Bollywood debut.
