The Fukrey franchise which kicked off way back in 2013, came up with the third instalment ten years after the first one. With Pulkit Samrat reprising his role as Hunny along with Varun Sharma as Choocha, Pankaj Tripathi as Pandit, and Richa Chadha as Bholi Punjaban, the film released in September last year. As it completes a year of its release on Saturday, Samrat decided to make the moment memorable by sharing a quirky video – ‘fukrey’ style with his Insta fam.
On the first anniversary of Fukrey 3, Pulkit Samrat took a moment to reflect on the journey of this beloved franchise. Pulkit expressed his heartfelt gratitude to fans and audiences for their overwhelming support, which helped make Hunny one of the most iconic characters of his career. To celebrate the occasion, Pulkit shared a delightful behind-the-scenes video with his Fukrey gang, captioning it, “A glimpse of Hunnymoon with the #Fukrey gang! #OneYearOfFukrey3 Alreadyyyy!! Feels like yesterday! Thank you everyone for the love!! ❤❤” He also tagged the entire team of the film including the cast and crew. Reacting to it, Varun Sharma too dropped heart emojis showering his love on the film and the post.

The actor also shared an Instagram story which was memory shared from the sets of the film wherein the note read, “The most fun part was the role reversal when we were shooting for promotions! Ohh!! What a day! Pandit Ji’s swag as Hunny was putting my job in danger”.
Varun Sharma too shared a series of photos and went on to nostalgia mode as he celebrated the one-year anniversary of the comedy entertainer. “Smiling looking at these pictures and reliving all the beautiful memories in my head! What a magical journey it was… Thank you guys for all the Love Happy happy 1 <3”.
