Priyanka Chopra Jonas wraps up Heads of State, gives co-star Idris Elba a gift

Priyanka Chopra Jonas recently completed filming for her upcoming Hollywood movie Heads of State and celebrated the wrap-up by sharing behind-the-scenes moments on Instagram. She posted a reel featuring pictures and videos captured during the shoot, giving fans a sneak peek into the filming process. Priyanka’s co-star Idris Elba also expressed his gratitude on Instagram stories, thanking her for a special gift, showing their camaraderie on and off the set.

Idris used Instagram stories to share a photo of his gift, tagging Priyanka’s account with thank you emojis. The image depicts a gift wrapped in ivory and gold wrapping paper, with an envelope addressed to him. The envelope also suggests that Priyanka hand-wrote it for Idris, leaving admirers anxious about what’s inside the present.

Priyanka shared her experience shooting for the film with her daughter Malti Marie in tow, writing, “And it’s a wrap.. it’s been a year.. well, a lot happened but here we are. Tonight I wrapped on a set that was always so full of laughter and professionalism. That rare combination doesn’t happen always..”

She stated that filming for the film was a ball since everyone arrived prepared on set, writing, “This movie was a breeze because the cast and crew came prepared with their A game, everyday. It’s been an honour to work with some legends in our business on this one. Hope y’all have as much fun watching it as we did making it. Heads of state will be on @primevideo .. when u ask me? Above my pay grade. lol. Gratitude.”

Heads of State, directed by Ilya Naishuller, will include John Cena, Paddy Considine, Stephen Root, Carla Gugino, Jack Quaid, Sarah Niles, Richard Coyle, Clare Foster, Katrina Durden, and Aleksandr Kuznetsov. Andre Nemec and Josh Appelbaum wrote the script for the Amazon Prime feature. It will be produced by Peter Safran and John Rickard through Safran Company. John also acts as executive producer for the production.
