Preity Zinta and Shah Rukh Khan are Bollywood royalty when it comes to on-screen chemistry. Their performances in films like Kal Ho Naa Ho and Veer-Zaara are etched in the memories of the audience. They share a warm friendship off-screen as well.
Recently, while conducting a question-and-answer session on social media, the actress was asked about her co-star and friend Shah Rukh Khan, to which she responded, “SRK is a powerhouse of talent and one of the most generous and fun actors to work with. He always keeps his co-stars on their toes and is very entertaining and competitive. I learned a lot from him in Dil Se.”
She further added, “I have a lot of respect for him and a lot of love. I did my first film, Dil Se, with him and learned a lot from him. He was extremely generous, kind, patient, and fun to work with.”
On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in Dunki and is now gearing for the shoot of his next film King with daughter Suhana Khan. Preity Zinta has Lahore 1947 lined up which will be directed by Rajkumar Santoshi. The film stars Sunny Deol in the lead and it is produced by Aamir Khan.
