Actor and Punjab Kings co-owner Preity Zinta has arrived in Jeddah, expressing her excitement for the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL) mega auction, set to take place in Saudi Arabia on November 24-25. She also shared that she had been on a digital detox for the past few days.
Preity Zinta shared a video on Instagram showcasing the scenic views in Jeddah. In the caption, she expressed her excitement for the IPL mega auction and invited her followers to share recommendations for their auction strategy.

Ahead of the much-anticipated IPL auctions for the upcoming season, Punjab Kings announced the retention of batters Prabhsimran Singh (₹4 crore) and Shashank Singh (₹5.5 crore) for the next edition.
Prabhsimran Singh has been with Punjab Kings since 2019. Over the past six years, the wicketkeeper-batter has scored 756 runs in 34 games, averaging 22.24 with a strike rate of 146.23, including one century and three fifties.
Ahead of the highly anticipated IPL auctions for the upcoming season, Punjab Kings have confirmed the retention of two key batters, Prabhsimran Singh and Shashank Singh. Prabhsimran, who has been with the franchise since 2019, has been retained for ₹4 crore.
Over the past six seasons, the 23-year-old wicketkeeper-batter has accumulated 756 runs in 34 matches, with an average of 22.24 and an impressive strike rate of 146.23. His tally includes a century and three fifties, showcasing his potential as a valuable asset for the team. Alongside him, Shashank Singh has been retained for ₹5.5 crore, adding further depth to Punjab Kings’ batting lineup for the upcoming season.
