Nyrraa Banerjee, an actress and model, recently made headlines for her stint in the Bigg Boss house. Her journey in Bigg Boss involved intense drama and strong opinions. However, she was eventually evicted from the show, a decision that sparked discussions among viewers and fellow contestants.
In an exclusive interview with Bollywood Hungama, Nyrraa opened up about her eviction, reflecting on her experiences inside the house, the challenges she faced, and how she coped with the pressure, offering a deeper understanding of her time in Bigg Boss.
Nyrraa said, “I believe my actual personality is very analytical. I love observing things, especially the small details around me. I enjoy noticing how people dress, how they look, and their behavior in various situations. This ability helps me a lot in my acting. I observe the people around me, analyze how they carry themselves, and this analysis aids my character preparation for projects. I pay close attention to the background, characterization, and how I want to portray a character.”
Regarding Bigg Boss, the actor explained, “Bigg Boss is a very different setup. In the first week, you have to make an impact quickly. My personality is such that I like to observe and understand what’s happening around me. I can see through people’s minds, bodies, and souls, and I prefer not to pick a fight unless absolutely necessary. By the third week, I had understood the dynamics and switched to an attacking mode, but before that, I was more on the defensive.”
The actor continued, “I was nominated along with Avinash, Rajat, and Vivian. Vivian, being a favorite, would obviously stay longer, while Avinash, known for stirring trouble, would also remain. Rajat had his own approach, and my characterization, which was quite strong as Nyrraa, did not resonate immediately. That might be why I got eliminated, even though I had checked everything and had no idea why things turned out the way they did. But, looking back, it turned out to be good for me, as I moved forward from there.”
