Munjya is currently dealing in boundaries. After hitting a 4 on Friday when Rs. 4.21 crores had come in, the film had repeated the feat with Rs. 4.11 crores being gathered on Monday. While this was terrific indeed, there was more on store. If one thought that there would be some kind of a drop on Tuesday then that was not the case to be, as the collections have been super steady all over again.
As a result, yet another boundary has been hit at the box office, what with Rs. 4.21 crores more coming in on Tuesday. This is simply unbelievable because the film is not just slowing down and the footfalls are steady and that too in the higher side, especially if one considers the (low) budget that it has been made and the screens at which it has been released. The film is the first choice of audiences all over and is doing at least three times the business of all other Hindi films combined together.
Munjya has now reached Rs. 28.36 crores and is marching well towards its first major milestone of Rs. 50 crores. Rs. 30 crores would be crossed today, Rs. 40 crores by Friday and then it would be interesting to see if a half century is scored by Sunday itself.
