Best known for Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahi, television actress and web series star Mona Singh, who has also dabbled in movies like 3 Idiots and Laal Singh Chaddha, is having the greatest time of her life. The actress is currently shooting for two projects simultaneously and couldn’t be happier about the same and most of them seem to be in the web-series space. Mona has credited this love and exciting career jump to her popularity as Bulbul Johri in Made In Heaven 2, which premiered on Prime Video last year.
Sources close to the actress state that ever since the release of Made In Heaven 2, Mona Singh’s career has witnessed a meteoric rise, with the versatile actress landing multiple projects simultaneously, especially after receiving widespread acclaim for her portrayal of Bulbul Johri in the web series. Recently speaking about the same, Mona too expressed her excitement about the current phase of her career, saying, “This is a super exciting time for me, shooting three projects all at the same time. Something that has not happened to me before. After the tremendous success of ‘Made In Heaven 2’ and all the love for Bulbul Johri, it’s just an amazing place to be in and to be shooting so many projects together with these different characters. I can’t wait for everyone to see what’s in store next.”
While Bulbul Johri was a layered character with depth and complexity, her upcoming characters will be quite different from each other too. In her upcoming project Ma Ka Sum, Mona Singh will is expected to portray the role of a single mother and will be seen alongside Mihir Ahuja, who Mona also worked with her in Made In Heaven Season 2, playing the role of her son.
Furthermore, Mona is set to entertain audiences once again with her another interesting project titled Pan Parda Zarda, details of which are expected to be revealed soon.
