Mira Kapoor celebrated her younger son Zain’s fifth birthday today by posting adorable photos of him on Instagram. Fans expressed their affection for the cute images and noted his resemblance to his father, Shahid Kapoor.
Mira shared a series of snapshots featuring Zain. The first photo shows the birthday boy dancing candidly in a white shirt and blue jeans. The second photo captures him walking in a hoodie and sunglasses. In the final two images, Zain and Mira are seen hugging and posing for the camera. Mira captioned the post, “Twinkling eyes and laughter laced with mischief.. Happy Birthday to my darling Zain. The only one who’s got me dancing to his tunes, with a heart full of love and pockets full of masti. Shine bright and dream big my baby. Love you infinity.”

While reacting to the pictures, Ananya Panday commented, “So handsome! “Happy Birthday, Zainuuuu.” Rakul Preet Singh added, “So sweet. Happy birthday, Zain.” A fan wrote, “OMG, he is his father’s son.” Another fan commented, “Zain Be like Main to Mere Papa ki carbon copy. Another fan wrote, “He is so handsome like his father..” A person added, “Like father, like son.”
Shahid and Mira married on July 7, 2015. They welcomed their daughter Misha on August 26, 2016, and their son Zain on September 5, 2018. While announcing his son’s birth on Twitter, Shahid wrote, “Zain Kapoor is here and we feel complete. Thank you for all the wishes and blessings. We are overjoyed and so grateful. Love to all.”
On the work front, Shahid will play the lead role in the action-thriller Deva, directed by Rosshan Andrrews. He will be joined by Pooja Hegde, Pavail Gulati, Kubbra Sait, and others in the cast. Produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur’s Roy Kapur Films, the film is scheduled for release on February 14, 2025.
