Sri tells the remarkable story of Srikant Bolla, a visionary industrialist who refused to let his visual disability deter his ambitions. Through sheer determination and innovation, he founded Bollant Industries, breaking barriers and inspiring countless individuals along the way. The guidelines issued recently, represent a crucial milestone in ensuring equal access to cinematic experiences for individuals with disabilities. Speaking of the film, Sri features Rajkummar Rao in the lead role of Srikant Bolla with Alaya F, South star Jyothika, popular actor Sharad Kelkar essaying key roles. Directed by Tushar Hiranandani, the film is expected to release on May 17 this year.
