Sharae Scott is excited to have her man, Anthony Redding, free from prison. She wants to make sure every moment of his first official day is special. During his confessional, he says that he spent the last seven years in prison for second-degree burglary. He admits he felt his sentence was harsh, but he says it served its purpose and taught him a major lesson.

The Love During Lockup cast member acknowledges his poor choices as a young man. He feels that he needed to live through all his experiences, good and bad, to help him become the man he is today. He also vows to never return to prison. After he is released, one of the first things he does is to ditch his prison wardrobe. Anthony is eager to get on the road and drive as far away from the prison as possible. He tells her that riding in a car without shackles feels strange. But all she could think about was his toned and fit body. She tells him she wants him to get her in shape as well.

She tells him that they are running a little behind schedule according to her plans. So, he takes this as an opportunity to make a point. He answers her question about prison. He doesn’t like having someone tell him what to do and when to do it by their schedule.

He finally reveals to her that he is already married. Things take a strange turn at this point because Sharae forgives him for his deception.

They believe things will be fine if no one discovers their secret. However, WEtv viewers know that life is not that simple. In the end, everyone’s dirty secrets are eventually exposed.
