Love After Lockup star Melissa Picariello continues to struggle with Louie Fojut‘s mother, Donna. Both women believe they have his best interest at heart. She wants to remain civil and have a good relationship with her boyfriend’s mom. However, Donna is not making things easy.

There is not much she can do at the moment. His parole terms are set in stone. When he is released, he must return to his mother’s home. Donna loves this and knows she has the upper hand. She tells her that it is her house and her rules. This is going to become a huge problem for all involved.
Love After Lockup inmate Louie Fojut’s main focus is to get out of prison. He believes anything that comes up after that he can deal with then. But he is unaware that a war is about to erupt outside. Melissa Picariello hates the idea that Donna has so much control. She knows he is and has always been a mama’s boy. She has no idea she would be in constant competition with his mother.
Donna told her son’s girlfriend in the past that she expects her son to live in her home with her for the next few years. This is a huge blow to her because she believes they will start their lives together once he is free. But now she can see that if Donna gets her way, her plans will be on hold.
When she calls Louie, she immediately starts complaining about his mom. He sounds slightly annoyed and tells her she doesn’t have to take any s**t from her. Between his controlling mother, Donna, and his clingy, possessive girlfriend, he will have his work cut out for him. He is caught in the middle, and things will only get worse.
Love After Lockup fans think that Melissa needs to get over her high school crush. They believe that Melissa Picariello is in for a disappointment. She will find that high school Louie no longer exists. But for now, she is willing to fight for her dream, even if that means taking on his mother.
Melissa can see that Donna is no pushover. She is a demanding and controlling woman. So, she will have a fight on her hands, and she is not sure she can handle Donna alone. She wants to bring her family in for backup.
She knows that even though her family does not agree with her choices. But they will still have her back. Love After Lockup fans will find it interesting to see Louie Fojut’s mom face off with Melissa Picariello’s family. Especially her outspoken father.
