Little People, Big World: Jeremy & Audrey Roloff Help Couples with Marriage Journal

Jeremy Roloff and his wife, Audrey Roloff, have been husband and wife for almost a decade. Throughout their marriage, they have welcomed three children, went on countless family vacations, and purchased their dream home. However, marriage has always been easy for them.

The Little People, Big World couple feel it is essential to make time for themselves in their busy lives. So, to keep the spark alive, they like to go on dates once a week. They also go on vacation together without their children.

Jeremy and Audrey have also created a marriage journal. They claim the journal will help people understand and connect with their spouses. A couple will ask each other six weekly questions and write down their answers. They suggest that each person in the relationship takes turns writing down their responses. They feel that it has worked for them.

Jeremy Roloff Suggests Working On Yourself First

Jeremy reveals that he has been having conversations with people who are experiencing tough times in their relationship. He explains that all of their issues come down to “poor or unclear communication.” He feels that poor communication leads to “unmet expectations.” And those unmet expectations lead to “hurt, frustration and anger.”

The Little People, Big World former cast member explains that healthy communication is so “vital.” However, he feels that it takes a “healthy human” to be able to communicate well. So, he thinks that if you’re in a tough spot and don’t know where to start, you should start with yourself.

So, Jeremy suggests doing one thing a week to make a better version of yourself. The TLC celeb says it can be staying off social media for a bit, getting up earlier to work out, or meditating. He feels it is hard to do “healthy things from an unhealthy spot.” He thinks that if you find yourself in a healthy place, healthy things will “inevitably flow.”

Little People, Big World Couple Follows Four Tips

Jeremy Roloff and Audrey Roloff follow four things that they believe are important for a “healthy, thriving marriage.” Having honest and consistent communication is crucial. However, they also feel that having a meaningful connection is essential. They explain that it should be emotional, intentional, spiritual, and physical.

The Little People, Big World couple also believe that couples must celebrate the big and small things in their marriage. And in those moments, they say you should never stop intentionally cherishing each other.

Jeremy and Audrey have been together for 13 years and married for nine. And they always come back to those four things. They believe they are “foundational and the most life-giving, and love-giving practices.”
