Audrey Roloff from Little People, Big World tries to keep her children away from the television. She limits their time in front of the screen. But sometimes, she gives in and lets them watch it for a bit.

Little People, Big World: Audrey Roloff Open about Lifestyle

Audrey Roloff may no longer be on television. But she still shares her life with fans online. The Little People, Big World reality star likes to live an all-natural lifestyle. She tries to only bring non-toxic products into her household and around her children. And she also likes to feed her kids raw food when possible. She is all about living off the land lifestyle.

Audrey is also trying to grow her own food. She and Jeremy Roloff are raising chickens for eggs. The TLC celeb recently asked fans for help on how to wash their eggs. She explains that they usually wash them before they eat them. But with the weather getting colder, “the dirt sticks to the eggs and hardens quickly.”

Audrey Limits Kids’ Screen Time

Audrey revealed that she and Jeremy don’t give their kids “screen time.” She explains that they hardly turn the television on. She admits that they only watched one movie all summer. However, they do have movie nights occasionally in the fall and winter. Her kids also get to watch movies when they are traveling or sick.

However, the Little People, Big World former cast member recently gave in and let her kids watch a few episodes of a show. Audrey says it lets her make dinner, finish some work, and prepare school materials for the next day. Letting her kids watch TV also allows Jeremy to work on the renovations at their home.

Little People, Big World Celeb Thinks TV Has Benefits

Audrey Roloff wants other parents who are no or minimal “screens family” to know that it is alright to “give yourself grace” and let your children watch television. She suggests doing it in times when you feel it can help you be “more present and peaceful” the rest of the night.

The Little People, Big World celeb doesn’t know why she felt the need to share her thoughts on screen time. She just thinks that it’s alright to let your children watch it every now and then. But she hopes that she will be able to help someone who needs to hear it. Having screen time can be beneficial.

Instead of letting her children sit in front of a television, Audrey prefers they play outside. Her children love playing in their big backyard. There is always something to do. She even thinks her sons will miss the days when their backyard was a construction site.
