Kill Box Office: Lakshya starrer is coming on its own, has a bigger Tuesday than Monday

Things are turning out well for Kill in the weekdays. While there was weekend growth also that had come in, it was still controlled and didn’t quite go through the roof. All eyes were hence on how the weekdays would turn out to be, and is the case now, the trending is actually better than how it was during the weekend.

While there is growth that did come in during the weekend, what matters is how close are weekdays to the opening day number. As is the case now, it’s really good as Tuesday collections are Rs. 1.35 crore* which are not just bigger than Monday (Rs. 1.30 crore) but also the same as Friday (Rs. 1.35 crore). This is good and if it all turns out to be similar today and tomorrow as well then one can expect the showcasing to be respectable for the film in its second week as well despite the arrival of Sarfira and Hindustani 2, and the continued good run of Kalki 2898 AD (Hindi).

The Lakshya starrer has now collected Rs. 8.90 crores* and today it will go past Rs. 10 crores mark for sure and then add some more. The trending so far has strengthened the chances for the film to be in Rs. 11.50-12 crores range by close of the first week, which means a lifetime of over Rs. 20 crores could well be on the cards.

Note: All collections as per production and distribution sources
