Kill is continuing to be stable at the box office. After bringing in Rs. 1.35 crores on its opening day, it has stabilised well during the weekdays, what with Rs. 1.24 crore more coming on Wednesday. The film had been showing an upward trend from Monday onwards and the collections that have come on Wednesday are decent too, hence being testimony to the fact that it has been accepted well by its target audience.
There is one more day before the week comes to a close and it will be truly fantastic if collections end up increasing all over again today. In fact, even if it stabilises around the same levels as yesterday then even that would be good enough to lend confidence to the exhibitors to keep allocating shows to it.
In the process, the Lakshya starrer has now crossed the Rs. 10 crores mark and stands at Rs. 10.14 crores. One expected the first week to close around Rs. 11-12 crores in the best-case scenario and that’s exactly how things will turn out for this out and out action combat film by tonight. However the trending has now ensured that the film will play on for a while at least, hence promising a lifetime of over 20 crores.
