Karan Deol and his wife Disha Acharya recently were seen enjoying a romantic getaway in different countries to celebrate their first anniversary. The couple, who tied the knot on June 18 last year in a star-studded ceremony in Mumbai, are planning a special anniversary celebration in Amsterdam and Barcelona.

Karan Deol completes major schedule of his next before taking off on a holiday

Karan Deol, son of Bollywood superstar Sunny Deol, has been busy with the filming of his upcoming movie, 1947 Lahore. The shooting commenced in February and recently concluded, allowing Karan to take a well-deserved break. He chose to spend this time with his beloved wife, Disha, in Dubai before their anniversary and jetted off to Europe for their elaborate anniversary-moon.

Speaking of their trip, it seems that the young actor has some elaborate plans to make it special for his partner. According to close sources, Karan had planned a surprise for Disha in Amsterdam to celebrate their special day. The couple’s relationship has been the talk of the town, and their recent appearances together have only added to the excitement among their fans.

Karan Deol and Disha’s wedding was a star-studded event

The grand affair was attended by the who’s who of the Indian film industry including Karan’s grandfather Dharmendra and his first wife Prakash Kaur. In a heartfelt post, the actor had taken to social media to share glimpses of his wedding ceremony and also penned a note that read, “You are my today and all of my tomorrows <3 The beginning of a beautiful journey in our lives. We are overwhelmingly thankful for the abundant blessings and well wishes that surround us!”

Produced by Aamir Khan Productions and directed by the acclaimed Rajkumar Santoshi, this film marks a significant milestone in Karan’s career as it features him sharing the screen with his father, Sunny Deol, for the first time. The stellar cast also includes Bollywood icons Preity Zinta, Shabana Azmi, Ali Fazal, and Abhimanyu Singh. We hear that the actor has also undergone rigorous training to transform himself for his character.
