Ahead of the release of Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel’s Gadar 2, Kangana Ranaut has slammed a report which claimed that she didn’t want her 2015 film I Love New Year to be released.
The report, which was published by a leading entertainment website, claimed that Kangana was worried that I Love New Year would “destroy her career” due to its multiple delays. However, Kangana has denied these claims, saying that she is a big fan of Sunny Deol and that she never said anything of the sort.
In a series of Instagram Stories, Kangana said that she is often the target of negative reports and that she is “the only actress who faces this kind of negativity on a daily basis.” She also said that people who work with her are always surprised by the negative perception of her in the media.
Kangana has three films lined up for release this year, including the horror saga Chandramukhi 2, the war drama Tejas, and the political drama Emergency. She will be hoping that these films will help change the negative perception of her in the media. Meanwhile, as mentioned above, Sunny Deol is currently awaiting the release of Gadar 2, which is slated to hit screens on August 11.
