Jackie Shroff, who has always advocated for climate change, has been appointed as the brand ambassador of All Living Things Environmental Film Festival (ALT EFF), slated to be held from November 22 to December 8, 2024. The actor was named among several film personalities and a production banner including Eternal Sunshine Productions, actress Shriya Pilgaonkar, filmmaker Richie Mehta, Padma Shri Award-winner Suresh Wadkar, wildlife filmmaker Gautam Pandey, and several others.

Currently, on the film front, Jackie Shroff is basking in the overwhelming response for his negative character Omar Hafeez in the latest blockbuster Singham Again. Meanwhile, he is gearing up for his upcoming release Baby John, which will see him portray the role of Babbar Sher. The actor will be seen sharing the screen space alongside Varun Dhawan, Keerthy Suresh, and Wamiqa Gabbi among others as the film hits theatres on December 25, 2024.
