Hrithik Roshan calls Ananya Panday “star”, reviews Kho Gaye Hum Kahan; here’s how latter reacts

Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan showered praise on actress Ananya Panday for her performance in the recently released Netflix film Kho Gaye Hum Kahan.

On March 22nd, Roshan took to his X (formerly known as Twitter) to share his review of the film. He expressed his enjoyment of the movie, acknowledging the complexity of the genre, and commending the performances of the entire cast and crew.

His tweet read, “Saw Kho Gaye Hum Kahan a few days back. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Not an easy genre. @ananyapandayy you are a star. What a performance! @SiddyChats and @gauravadarsh you guys were great. So well directed @ArjunVarain. Congrats to the entire team. It’s a must watch!”

Panday, evidently touched by Roshan’s kind words, responded with gratitude on her own social media platform. “@hrithikroshan sir you just made my day! Thank you so much for your lovely words and appreciation. It’s very motivating,” she wrote.

For the unversed, Kho Gaye Hum Kahan, a coming-of-age story exploring friendship and love, features Panday alongside actors Siddhant Chaturvedi and Adarsh Gourav. It was released on the streaming giant on December 26, 2023.

Speaking of the professional front, Ananya’s last big screen release was Dream Girl 2. She has a bunch of projects in her kitty including a biopic of lawyer C Sankaran Nair and Control, a Vikramaditya Motwane movie. In addition to this, she will also be seen in the show Call Me Bae.

On the other hand, Hrithik was last seen in Fighter, which was released in January this year. The Siddharth Anand directorial was recently released on Netflix. He is currently busy shooting War 2. The upcoming film, a part of YRF’s Spy universe, will be helmed by Ayan Mukerji.
