General Hospital Predictions: Nina Unhinged after Heartbreak

General Hospital predictions suspect Nina Reeves may revisit her dark side as she and Sonny Corinthos drift farther apart on the ABC soap opera.

General Hospital: Nina Reeves Losing Everything

Currently, on GH, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) has lost pretty much everyone and everything important to her. Since she was revealed as the SEC rat, she’s lost her daughter, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), and her grandchildren.

Plus, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) has made it his personal life mission to get revenge on her. So, he forced her to resign from Crimson Magazine and gave her position to Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright).

But worst of all, her husband, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), has completely shunned her on General Hospital. And now, he wants a divorce. Recently, Nina pled her case to him and begged him for forgiveness.

Sonny agreed to forgive her, but he won’t forget, and still wants nothing to do with her. Nina refuses to give up on her marriage and will likely refuse to give Sonny the divorce he wants.

Indeed, this will not go over well with the kingpin. And soon, he might make a move that will leave Nina in shock and full of rage…

GH Prediction: Sonny Moves On?

Indeed, it looks like General Hospital is laying the groundwork for romance between Sonny and Ava Jerome (Maura West). No doubt, they have an extremely rocky past. Mostly because of her part in the death of Sonny’s son, Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig).

But they have learned to coexist for the sake of their daughter, Avery Corinthos (Scarola twins). Recently, Sonny moved Ava into his penthouse because of the new mob threats against them. And now, they might have actually become friends on General Hospital.

The mob boss is facing betrayal everywhere, and the list of people he can trust is getting smaller and smaller. Recently, Ava has been there for him to listen and give him advice. She even said that he had her in his corner. Indeed, this is the last thing they would both expect because of their past.

But Sonny is growing fond of Ava, and there is a good chance they might move past friendship into something more. Obviously,  there was once an attraction between them on General Hospital because they made Avery in a moment of passion.

So, they may find themselves drawn to each other again. If so, Nina will be furious, partially with Sonny but mostly with Ava. She’s one of Nina’s only friends — perhaps her best friend aside from Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).

So, she will be overcome with betrayal if Ava sleeps with Sonny. Indeed, she will never forgive her, and it will likely be the end of their friendship. But it may also be enough to push Nina over the edge. And she might vow to get her revenge on Ava — and maybe even Sonny also…

General Hospital Predictions: Nina Goes on a Ramage?

If Sonny ends up getting close to Ava, Nina will lose her mind. No doubt, she will see this as a massive betrayal — mostly on Ava’s part. At that point, Nina will have nothing to lose. She might not stop until she makes Ava pay for being with Sonny.

Fans will recall that Nina has not always been the most stable person and has done some horrific things in the past. Back in the day on General Hospital, she even drugged Ava and stole Avery right from her womb.

So this could send her off the deep end, and there’s no telling what she will do in her quest for vengeance. She may even vow to make Sonny pay as well. So, crazy Nina may be on her way back soon.
