Fukrey 3 Box Office: Yet another HIT this winning season, does quite well on Tuesday

Fukrey 3 is a hit. In this winning season that’s seeing an unbelievable run for movies with several back-to-back hits ever since Zara Hatke Zara Bachke opened the floodgates in June, Fukrey 3 is yet another welcome addition. There have been movies that have worked across genres and now Fukrey 3 is second consecutive comedy after Dream Girl 2 to work so well at the box office. While that film had entered the Rs. 100 Crores Club, Fukrey 3 should follow suit as well with very good numbers already in the first six days.

While it was a long weekend that resulted in a hail of over Rs. 55 crores in the fresh five days, now Tuesday has been good too with Rs. 4.11 crores coming in. Anything above Rs. 4 crores would have been a comfortable number for the film as it’s also the sixth day in the running. This is what has happened and now the film would be hoping that the collections stay between Rs. 3.5-4 crores range today and tomorrow as well, as it would reflect good stability when compared to Friday collections of Rs. 7.81 crores.
The film has now reached Rs. 59.28 crores and while Rs. 65 crores mark would be crossed quite comfortably before the extended Week One comes to a closed, a crore or two on top of it would be bonus numbers and bring it closer towards the Rs. 100 crores mark. Bollywood has been having a great time of late and it would be great to see that continue with this weekend releases Mission Raniganj, Thank You For Coming and Dono.
