Fighter Box Office: Deepika Padukone on top again as the movie emerges as her 10th Rs. 100 Crores Club film, Katrina Kaif is at No. 2 spot

The battle between Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif continues to intensify when it comes to an actress with the most Rs. 100 Crores Club films. They have been pretty much running parallel to each other with hardly anything to separate them and last year when Deepika scored her 9th century with Pathaan, Katrina followed it up soon enough with Tiger 3 to score an equal number of centuries, and in turn emerge as the join title holder for the most Rs. 100 Crores Club films.

Well, for now at least Deepika Padukone is back at the top as with Fighter, she has now scored her 10th century. She is now the only actress in the entire film industry across all languages to boast of such a super feat and that’s a testimony to the kind of popularity that she enjoys and the longevity that she has worked upon for a decade and a half.

This is how the lifetime total of Deepika Padukone’s Top-10 Rs. 100 Crores Club films looks like:

Pathaan – Rs. 543.05 crores

Padmaavat – Rs. 302.15 crores

Chennai Express – Rs. 227 crores

Happy New Year – Rs. 205 crores

Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani – Rs. 188.92 crores

Bajirao Mastani – Rs. 188 crores

Fighter – Rs. 123.60 crores (4 days)

Goliyon Ki Raas Leela: Ram Leela – Rs. 118.70 crores

Fighter has, in fact, also surpassed the lifetime total of even Goliyon Ki Raas Leela: Ram Leela. If the momentum continues for the film, then even Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani and Bajirao Mastani would be history by the close of second weekend. Post that, it would be about going past the lifetime total of Happy New Year and Chennai Express which will happen as well. However, it will stay below Padmaavat in the final run.
